Episode Review-In this episode, Jimmy tries one of Spinner's Ritalin pills to try to make the basketball team. That was not a smart move.

About it-Don't use Ritalin if it was not perscribed by a doctor. It is only for people who have ADD, and can have some bad effects. Some of the effects are difficulty sleeping,loss of appetite,irritability,nervousness,

stomach aches,headaches,dry mouth,blurry vision, nausea,dizziness,drowsiness,ticks,hypersensitivity, anorexia,palpitations,blood pressure and pulse changes, cardiac arrhythmia,anemia,scalp hair loss,toxic psychosis,AND OTHER RARE BUT POSSIBLE EFFECTS ARE abnormal liver function,cerebral arteritis, leukopenia,and death.

Episode Review-Jt doesn't think and decides to bring ecstacy to Toby's house to keep Sean entertained. Sean, realizing what can happen if you take it, gives it to Ashley to throw away. Instead, she takes it, not knowing all of the bad things that can happen if you take E.

About it-Ecstacy is a common drug usually taken during parties. It also has very bad effects such as confusion, depression, sleep problems, drug craving, severe anxiety, paranoia, brain damage, muscle tension, involuntary teeth clenching, nausea, blurred vision, rapid eye movement, faintness, chills or sweating, increases in heart rate and blood pressure, and liver damage.

Episode Review-Paige goes to a party with a cute guy she just met. Thinking they would just go make out, she went upstairs with him. He wanted to go farther than kissing, and Paige wasn't ready. He wouldn't take no for an answer, so he forced her.

About it-Rape is a very serious crime and needs to be treated harshly. If you are a victime you, should emediatley call the police. The sooner, the better, so you still have evidence. This evidence would probably be bruises on your wrists and legs. Also, you can check the internet for rape support groups and hotlines, or you can see your school counseler. If you want to press charges, you can, and it would probably be best if you could do this as soon as you can, again because of your evidence. To prevent this, you should get to know someone really good before going anywhere with them alone.

Episode Review-Toby wants to be on the wrestling team, but the people in his weight class are too hard to beat, so he decides to try to loose enough wieght to be in the lower weight class. He doesn't realize the big mistake he's making.

About it-Bulimia is when you try to loose weight by intentionally making yourself throw up after you eat. Effects of this include depression,weakness or dizziness, and relapses. If you think you have this, you should go to a nutritionist as soon as you can.

Episode Review-Sean is having some problems, and he thinks that he might be able to find happiness at the bottom of an alcohol bottle. What he later finds out is that alcohol is really bad for you.

About it-Alcohol is types of drinks that make you drunk. Besides the fact that you can get drunk, too much drinking has effects. Effects like unclear thinking, staggering,slurred speech,blurred vision,irregular heartbeat,high blood pressure,liver failure,vomiting, ulcers,headaches,loss of body heat,anemia and/or infections,and muscle weakness.

Episode Reveiw-After Craig and Manny have sex unprotected, Manny discovers that she is pregnant. Deciding that she can't go through with the birth, she has an abortion.

About it-Having unprotected sex has a very likely chance of someone getting pregnant. If you don't want to keep your baby, there is another option instead of abortion-adoption. Symptoms of being pregnant are headaches, nausea, not having a period, and strong food cravings. If you don't want a baby, you should either use condoms or birth controll pills.

Episode Review-Emma starts to fall for Jay, and he invites her to the Ravine. Not knowing what they do there, she goes and finds out. She goes in "the van" with Jay and they have unprotected oral sex. Then, Alex is furious because she went to the doctor and found out she had Goneria from Jay-the same person Emma had oral sex with.

About it-Goneria is a bad STD that you can get very sick from. Other STDs include Syphilis, HIV/AIDS,Chlamydia, and Viral Hepatitis. To prevent this, do not have unprotected oral sex/sex.
